Windmill Pre-School is very proud of its capable, experienced and long-serving staff. As well as the high standards and multiple years of service to which each individual staff member can attest, the staff work extremely effectively as a team. Each member of staff complements her colleagues through her individual strengths, personality and sense of humour.

We recognize that a high adult/child ratio is essential to the provision of high quality pre-school care and thus maintain a minimum ratio of one adult to five children per session, often providing a ratio of one adult to four children. During many sessions the staff and children benefit from the assistance of a volunteer parent. All senior staff hold qualifications equivalent to the NVQ in Early Years, Level 3.
